Fees
Each person will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of £130.
On signing your tenancy agreement you will be asked to pay a fee of £50 per person and the remaining £80 will be taken from your account by direct debit on the 1st June. The fee covers things such as:
Producing the tenancy agreement
Producing the guarantor agreement
The inventory
Checking the property at the end of your tenancy
Setting up your direct debit with the bank
PS. As part of our service we travel into Winchester or Southampton to sign the tenancy agreement with you at your convenience whether it's daytime, evening or weekends!!
Providing you leave the house in a reasonable condition, dispose of all of your rubbish and haven't damaged anything, there will be no additional charges. Your keys are high security ones and cannot be cut. If you lose your key you will be charged £25 for another one.
Rent
All of our rents include gas, water, electricity, maintenance and garden maintenance. In most houses high speed wireless broadband internet with no download limit is also included.
Your rent is due on the 1st of every month and is payable by direct debit. If you would like to pay your rent another way (for example in chunks when you get your student loan) we are more than happy to arrange this with you.
