Well well well. A chance to tell everyone what Lithend are really like.. only joking. Im currently in my final year of uni, and for the past two years i''ve lived in a Lithend house.You''d be stupid to live in any other housing. They offer Unlimited Bills. It''s so unlimited that we use our water to run a car wash and our electric to supply Stanmore when there is a shortage(i''m joking). The fifth emergency service: Mike and his maintenance army (after the Police, Fire, Ambulance and Mountain Rescue) can''t be faulted. They''ve never asked for Tea, Coffee or biscuits so they''ve never had any but if they were to ask, we''d be sure to make them a good brew (and i''ll dig out the double choc chip marylands from the cupboard). Rachel and the crew at Lithend International HQ are always there to have a chat with and get any issues sorted. We''ve yet to tell them that we''ve turned the living room into a garage and that we''ve sold the tiles off the roof. I''m sure they''ll forgive us some day.

We thought we had better put our comments on here before Mike went on about it again!!! We think that Lithend are absolutely brilliant - especially Anna and Rachel - they are always helpful and smiley whenever you need them. The maintenance guys are fab - Mike in particular spent hours sorting out our dishwasher!!! :-)He also paints the house without you even asking him too...what a legend!!!
One thing to remember with any of the Lithend team is don''t forget tea/coffee and biscuits -they are a MUST!! Lithend are fab!! xxx

I love Lithend the staff are funny, Anna truely rocks! and Rachael is brilliant! Maintenance Mike and the lads have always been there to lend a hand and to drink our tea! But I would never have it any other way. Keep the good work gonig guys :P

We love Lithend! The maintenance team are really good especially Mike,who cannot do enough for us! Communication with the office is very good and friendly. All in all we could not wish for a better house or landlords.

Lithend are a lovely bunch of people! Anna and Ian are mega friendly and the maintenance team...well they''re certainly something special. Although they take the mick outta me it''s all good cause they''re great fun and are quick on the mark with any problems we have. (Even if I have become known as the tea girl!) The house is nice and spacious and Lithend were great with building an extension onto one of the bedrooms to ensure it was big enough for one of our housemates. This meant we all had enough room, even if I did run out of tea bags frequently! All in all, Lithend are a brill group of people to rent from, and I''d reccomend them to anyone!

Well...now Uni is over and I''m sat at my desk at work :-( I thought I''d leave a little message to say thanks to AnnA, Ian and Rachel for everything that they did for us at 92a Oli B. They were the most patient and understanding landlords you could ask for whilst being a student, and Mike and the gang would be round ASAP when you needed them. I can truly say that I will kinda miss them! haha!

I was a tenent with Lithend Estates for my 2nd and 3rd years whilst studyig at Winchester University. I lived in a 4 bedroomed house in Highcliffe in my 2nd year with 3 of my best mates. This house was very close to the city centre, had lots of space and a really nice garden. In my 3rd year I lived in a 3 bedroomed flat in Stanmore with 2 of my best mates. It was a top floor flat which has fantastic views of the surrounding hills and vallies and is close to the University. It has a newly fitted kitchen which I loved as I enjoy cooking. The Lithend team are all such lovely people, offering so much more than just a service. They are kind and trusting and very reasonable. I worked for them one summer doing garden and interior maintainance which was an awesome job that I enjoyed doing and being involved with. I totally recommend Lithend Estates. Xx

I am now in my second lithend house...and I love it to peices!!!
Rachel, Anna and Ian are absolutely brill....they will help out whenever they can and they always seem to have smile on their faces(mind you...if i had to handle that many houses and their occupants...i might be at hysteria point aswell!)
not only do they do landlordy things....theyre also pretty ace on the pastoral side of things, and they understand students brilliantly...if your really nice to her...anna might even let you touch her pretty porsche aswell(unless ians traded it in for an upgrade!)!
the maintenance boys...are legendary! as faye said...they made brilliant actors! theyre always happy to help and have a laugh with us..its kinda like having a load of really older brothers....but not quite as old as your uncle(or your dad)...obviously!!! lol
the fact that bills are included are a massive help, because you know you only have one number to take away from your income, and you dont get any nasty surprises in your bank balance.
the houses are always clean and tidy, the furnitures funky, and the veazeys are always on the update to keep the house looking fairly fashionable.AND...theyre ecologically friendly- energy saving lightbulbs!
...well I think thats about it really....except to say
LITHEND ARE AMAYZING!!!! Once you live in a Lithend House...you will NEVER want to leave!

Well i've finally gotten round to leaving a msg on the lithend website after much pestering from the lovable Mike hehehe. what can i say about lithend that people dont all ready know ...... the amazing landlords Ian Anna and Rachel who have had many phonecalls from me about one thing or another are always there to help out whenever i need them they havent let me down once. Well thats all i have to say really bye .... haha just kidding im must not forget the boys who come round for my fab cups of tea. (Mike tea milk one suger, brian tea milk no suger) haha no they actually come round to fix my bathroom light but apart from that. i have found them to be very useful especially when it comes to my drama production work and am pleased to say that lithend have some very talented actors and singers on staff mike and brian for one are helping me out in my course aside from repairing my house and bathroom lightofcourse hahahahahhahahah you guys rock and i want free tickets Brian wen RocketDogs are having a gig wooooooo and mike please get rid of that goatee hahahahahahaha only joking hope ya like my msg xxxxxxxxx P.S my bathroom light just conked out again haha joke x

I was having a spectacularly blonde moment last week and I managed to lock myself out of my house and I''d left the keys in the lock on the other side of the door. It was 8 in the evening but mike still came out manning his toolkit and good humour and we managed to get ourselves into the house. Anne even came back to check I was ok and then gave me a lift to campus because I was late for a rehersal!!
I was a mess but they were all really kind and lovely to me- Awesome bunch!

Im currently in my last year at uni, and for the last two years ive lived in Lithend accomodation and to tell you the truth I wouldnt live in any other housing. Not only are the houses modern and stunning, but the staff are fab, Rachel has always been able to help with any problems that have occured and has always been soooo helpful, her mum to is so lovely and if you meet her she will also help you out in anyway she can, she''ll even rob you a kettle if thats what it takes!!! The maintainance guys especially Mike (coffee, one sugar + biscuits), are lovely and friendly and its great to know that there on call if you need them desperatley. I know its cheesy but my time in winch wouldnt have been the same without the wonderful accomadation that ive been lucky enough to have available to me, and im really gonna miss all the staff, thanks for making my time here that little bit easier x

Lithend are a really trustworthy and efficient company of landlords!! They''re very understanding and are willing to help you out - especially if you''re gonna be a bit short come rent day!!! They are also very fair - if you don''t have a garden (i.e us) they''ll give you a lovely new bathroom or something similar!! Their houses are clean and always very very nicely furnished. Bills included - genius! However I don''t know how i''ll work that out in the real world. And - most importantly - they are extremely good at letting you know when they''re due to come round (altough we all know that''s only because they expect a cuppa and some biscuits on arrival!!) We love lithend!!! 92a crew xxx

When we were looking for our house with lithend we were in a bit of a desperate rush due to problems with our then current living arrangements meaning we had a very short space of time to look for alternate lodgings. Lithend were extreemly helpfull in helping us find a house and didnt make us wait at all. I called them on a friday, looked at the house on saturday decided we wanted it sunday and signed the documents on monday. They gave up their weekend to help us decide on the house and everytime they arrange all the times for viewing, signing etc round us! Since we have moved in we have had minimal problems, except a few maintanance problems all of which they sorted within 24 hours.
All in all lithend are awsome (unlike another housing company based in winchester town centre....which shall remain nameless

Loving the new website guys, very student orientated, just have to say, Lithend are really good landlords, any problems we have in our house are rectified very quickly, furthermore the guys at Lithend are really nice people and easy to get on with, which makes you feel important, which is a fantastic quality in a landlord.

Great new website guys! Lithend are great landlords and very good at coming to our rescue in times of need and trouble! :) Our house is lovely, some have said one of the nicest they''ve seen especially because it is student property and it''s well furnished and very easy to look after! :)

Very impressed with the house we stay in, and am more than happy to stay here for the next 2 years of my course.
Lithend are generally fast on maintenance, easy going landlords, and they have great properties. The houses are furnished well, and decoration is pretty smart! Lithend are the way forward in student accomodation in Winchester!
