As property owners we have a significant financial investment in every property we offer for let. We are members of the Winchester University Students Housing Forum and all of our Winchester properties have been Accredited by Winchester City Council.

AnnA, Ian or Rachel are in the office 5 days a week. All calls are transferred to our home outside of office hours so there is always someone at the end of the phone. We try to respond to all emails within an hour so if you do not receive a quick reply please re-send your email, chances are it's gone missing in cyber space!

The boys are on hand 5 days a week during normal office hours and are on-call during evenings and weekends should the unexpected happen. They are all exceedingly trustworthy and helpful. You may find the following useful:

Dave = Coffee white with 1
Keith = Coffee white with 2
Spencer = Coffee white with 1
Gobby Bobby = Tea white with 4!
